Dr. CA R. Venkatachalam
Dr. R. Venkatachalam is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with an impressive academic and professional background. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, along with several prestigious accounting qualifications, including ACA, ACMA (India), ACIMA (UK), and ACMA (USA), as well as full membership in CISI and a high-ranking certification in CAIIB (All India second rank holder), where he placed second nationwide. He completed his Ph.D. on “Asset Securitisation” from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, further establishing his expertise in finance.
With over 38 years of professional experience, Dr. Venkatachalam has worked in various senior roles across the banking and finance sectors. His career spans 12 years with Indian Overseas Bank, three years as Finance Director at Gulf Denim Ltd in Jebel Ali, UAE, and 23 years with Emirates Bank International and Emirates NBD, Dubai. This extensive experience has endowed him with deep insights into banking operations, finance management, and strategic decision-making in both national and international settings.
Currently, Dr. Venkatachalam serves as an adjunct faculty member at Middlesex University, Dubai, and the University of Wollongong, Dubai, where he teaches postgraduate students and coaches those preparing for the Indian CA, Indian CMA, UK ACCA, and US CMA qualifications. He is also a dedicated trainer, specializing in Banking topics like Credit Appraisal, Credit Follow-up, and Non-Performing Assets. Additionally, he provides training in corporate finance areas such as Trade Finance, IFRS, Performance Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, Budgeting, and Cost Control. Alongside his teaching, Dr. Venkatachalam offers consultation services in finance, banking, and taxation, making a significant impact on both academic and professional communities.

Mr.P. Vanchinathan has over 31 years of experience in corporate finance and held different positions as Finance manager, Company secretary, Finance Controller, Group Chief Financial Officer & Director Finance in various MNC’s both in India and abroad. He has vast knowledge over International Finance, Business Developments, Cross Country Operations, Joint Ventures, Acquisition & Merger
He has been positioned as the Head of Finance in India, UAE, Qatar, Milan (Italy), Frankfurt (Germany), Oman, Ghana & Sierra Leone (Africa) for various MNC’s.
He has passion towards Training and Development and he is a faculty member of ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI and guest lecturer in many management Institutions like Karunya Institute of Technology & Sciences, Karpagam Arts & Science College, Sri Jayendra Saraswathy Maha Vidyalaya College of Arts & Science, NGP Arts & Science College. He is also a visiting faculty in Jansons School of Business.
He has been a member of the Board of Studies for the Department of Management Science in Karunya Institute of Technology & Sciences. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Fellow Chartered Secretary.
CA P. Ramasamy
CA P. Ramasamy is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with expertise spanning taxation, finance, auditing, and corporate financial management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Renowned for his knowledge of Direct Taxes, he has presented papers, conducted training sessions, and contributed articles to professional publications, solidifying his reputation as a thought leader in the field. He has also been actively involved with the SIRC of ICAI as a resource person and participant in study groups.
Over his extensive career, CA P. Ramasamy has held key roles in diverse sectors. He was a founding partner of M/s Sundararajan Associates, where he handled internal and statutory audits, taxation, and financial advisory for MSMEs. As CFO of Vels University, he managed financial operations across multiple colleges. Through his consultancy firm, M/s Mindshare Consulting, he provided part-time CFO services to SMEs, developing financial systems, MIS frameworks, and cost control measures. Currently, as CFO of GH Induction India Private Limited, he oversees financial planning, taxation, compliance, costing, and collaboration with international partners. His professional journey also includes significant exposure to the statutory audits of prominent corporations during his CA articleship. His leadership roles and hands-on experience in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning reflect his deep expertise in the chartered accountancy profession.
